🎃 Pumpkin & Carriage Booking Policy At Pumpkin & Carriage, we do our very best to make your porch storybook-ready on your preferred timeline. To ensure smooth scheduling and efficient routes, please note the following: Weekly Delivery & Removal Windows All deliveries and removals are scheduled on a week-by-week basis, depending on your location and our availability. Preferred Weeks You may select a preferred week during booking, and we will do our best to honor it. However, specific days or times cannot be guaranteed. Routing & Availability Deliveries and removals are arranged by geographic area to minimize travel time. This means your service will be completed sometime within the chosen week, based on when we are in your neighborhood. Communication You’ll receive an email notification before your scheduled delivery or removal. No one needs to be home for service—your pumpkins will be placed or removed as requested. Flexibility By booking with us, you agree to this flexible scheduling approach.
